Shipping Methods
Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. We use several shipping carriers including Fedex Service (FDX), United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). We will automatically select the lowest priced carrier when you submit your order so that you receive the best possible price and delivery time. At this time we currently DO NOT offer shipping to APO, FPO and PO Boxes. We do not require a signature for FDX, UPS or USPS shipments. If you prefer a specific shipping method, please contact us about your requirements.

Please Note: We may or may not use at any given time a specific shipping provider(s).

When Will My Order Arrive
If the item(s) you've ordered are in stock and available to ship, your order will ship out usually within 1-2 business days. You will need to add this time to the shipping service you've selected.
Billing & Shipping Addresses
You may designate one (1) shipping recipient during the course of your shopping experience. When checking out, you will be prompted to enter a "Billing" address (Where an invoice is to be sent) and "Shipping" address (Where the item(s) will be shipped). If the Billing and Shipping information is the same, the invoice will be placed with the item(s) shipped. To expedite future transactions, you may save multiple address information for easy retrieval with an online "Soapania Account". Please Note: we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. If you require special shipping or handling concerning your order, please contact one of our customer service associates.
Shipping Status and Tracking
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages at our warehouse when they are shipped, and appear in your online account or email from us with tracking link/number. Login to your account to review (Order Status, Order Tracking, Shipping Details and other order information). However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package(s) is updated into the carrier's tracking system. Please note that this means even though your package has left our warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

Order(s) placed on our website may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item(s) you purchased, the shipping method you selected during checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).

Order Status/Tracking Information
Your Order Status is supplied by us, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place the order and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx, USPS or UPS) that may provide Tracking Information which will allow you to keep track of your order from the time it leaves our warehouse to the time it reaches its destination. The tracking information is accessible from your online Soapania account.
Shipping Charges
Your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order (How many pounds), the distance shipped (Shipping zip code), and the method you select when ordering (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Ground, ect...) from us. We charge standard FDX, UPS and USPS rates.
Orders Damaged or Refused in Shipping
If you believe a package sent from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because you believe the package is damaged. Please contact one of our customer service associates and inform them of the situation. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please contact customer service and make arrangements to return the damaged order.
If a shipment was refused and it has been determined that no damaged has occurred during transit. We will re-send your order to you again. Customers seeking a full return for refused orders will be subject to a re-stocking fee and will be responsible for any shipping charges and handling fees concerning your order.
International Shipping
At present, we only ship order(s) within the United States and U.S. Territories, but we are working hard to include international ordering and shipping in the future.
Shipping Delays
Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by events† or incidents beyond our, or our carrier's control, which may include: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labor disputes, and disruptions in transportation networks.
