Order Minimum
We recognize that many of our customers would like to purchase one or two products found on our website. Due to the high number of inquires our customer service department receives in a day we had to adopt a minimum ordering policy. Current Order Minimum: $90.00 "Web Orders" and $120.00 "Phone Orders". For the fastest service and order fulfillment, we recommend placing orders through our website. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse.

Customers wishing to place an order over the phone can do so by contacting our customer service center directly.
Security & Online Ordering
Every step of the online ordering process that requests credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it. We also require credit card verification number for every online purchase. This number provides a safeguard when a purchase is made using your credit card. For Visa, Mastercard and Discover Network, it is the last three digits printed on the back of the card. For American Express, it is the four digits printed above the account number on the front of the card. We also, recommend using your credit card rather than a debit card when making online purchases. A credit card is secure in the fact that it is not directly linked to your checking account. A debit card is directly linked to your checking account. Think of the credit card company as a gate keeper between you (Your Bank Account) and nefarious people on the web.
In short, using a credit card for online purchases is simply a good habit to do when buying doodads and thingamabobs from the web.
Sales Tax: (Wholesale orders have no tax)
The amount of sales tax charged to an order varies depending on the state and local sales tax laws. You will be able to see the sales tax amount before submitting your order. Item(s) purchased within the state of Virginia intended for re-sale will not be subject to state sales tax on all orders. Entering Data & Corrections
Our website has been optimized to quickly and easily process your order data that is sent to our warehouse and customer service center. To help us process and ship your order in a timely manner we ask that you review your information for any errors. Please use upper and lowercase letters for proper names and city locations for your "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses. If for any reason a correction is needed pertaining to an order or your account information, please Contact Us so we can make the changes accordingly.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
After you have submitted your order it cannot be changed online. Please contact our customer service department concerning any changes you wish to make to an order placed online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it for a refund of the purchase price. To return an item, please follow the instructions listed below. Note: returns have a 20% re-stocking fee plus a $5.00 flat fee.
  • Prior to sending, please contact Soapania first before returning any items.
  • Include a copy of the invoice for the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Reasons for returning the item(s).
  • Action to be taken (replacement or merchandise credit)
  • Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you.
  • Please Note, Any item(s) returned will be subject to inspection to determine refund amount. This amount may be less than original payment based on condition of return.
  • All returns must be made within 12 days of receiving your order.
  • We will not issue a refund before receiving the returned item(s).
  • We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries for shipped returns.
  • Shipping charges or handling fees for any returned item(s) will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Orders Damaged or Refused in Shipping
If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then contact Customer Service to inform us of the situation. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please call Customer Service to make arrangements to return the damaged order.
  • We will provide a replacement for any such item returned within 15 days of the original ship date.
  • If a shipment was refused and it has been determined that no damaged has occurred during transit. We will re-send your order to you again.
  • Customers seeking a full return for refused orders will be subject to a re-stocking fee (Listed Above) and will be responsible for any shipping charges and handling fees concerning your order.
An Error with Your Order
If you received your order and an error has been made due to missing or wrong item(s), please contact us so that we may correct the error. You will not be charged for any item(s) shipped to you due errors.
International Orders
At present, we only accept and process order(s) from the United States and U.S. Territories. Please Note: That we are working hard to include Canada and other international countries in the near future.
